Living room and kitchen

This wonderful family villa excudes and atmosphere of luxury and pure perfection. Via the entrance you enter the spacious living room, where you will find the living room equipped with a seating area, Smart TV and a cosy fireplace. When you turn it on, it creates a cosy and warm atmosphere in the villa. The renovated open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, combination microwave, filter coffee maker and Senseo coffee maker. The dining area with its generous dining table seats 8 people, and you can sit down on the comfortable train carriage cough for a cosy family atmosphere and to enjoy your meals.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

This family villa has 4 spacious bedrooms. One bedroom is located on the ground floor and has comfortable single box spring beds and a TV. There is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower, large washbasin and a toilet. On the first floor you will find the other 3 bedrooms, all equipped with two single box-spring beds. On the first floor there is a luxurious bathroom with a walk-in shower, bath with whirlpool funtion, double washbasin and a sauna where you can relax and completely unwind. There is a separate toilet on the first floor.

Garden From the living room, through the French doors, you have acces to the lovely spacious garden facing south. There are several places where you van relax and fully experience the outdoor life. For the little ones, there is a trampoline to enjoy the outdoors.

General

There are two private parking spaces. This villa has one charging point for an electric car. Washing machine and tumble dryer are available. Children’s furniture is provided as standartd, additional children’s furniture is available on request and for a fee. Free WIFI. Smoking is not permitted. Two pets are welcome.

Things to know about your stay at De Witte Parel

Parking

You park your car on the paved parking lot near your bungalow. Do not park in the garden or on the roadside.

Rubbish

At the entrance to the bungalow park there are various containers in which you can dispose of the waste separately (batteries, cans, paper and other household waste). Please tear boxes into pieces. There are glass bins in various places in the center of the village.

Please Note!:

To prevent disruptions in the sewer system, we request that you moisten it to throw wipes, bandages, diapers, food scraps, etc. in the waste container and do not flush down the toilet.

Dogs

Your dog must be on a leash at the bungalow park. Please adhere to this! You can walk outside the park. In the unlikely event that there are feces in the park, we ask you to clean it up and put it in the container at the entrance.

Parsols and garden furniture

In case of strong winds, we kindly request that you put the garden furniture away safely and fold down the parasols and awnings.

Please note!:

What to do before leaving

Departure day:

On departure day (no later than 10am), please leave the key back in the key safe. If you have any questions about this, please call our reception:

What to do before departure?

  • Empty the fridge.
  • Please set the thermostat of the central heating to 15 degrees.
  • Do the dishes and/or empty the dishwasher.
  • Put any rented linen and/or towels in one of the pillowcases and leave it by the front door. Leave moles and pillowcases on the mattresses and pillows.
  • This also applies if you had beds made on arrival.
  • Clean the fireplace (if present) with a dustpan and brush,
    not with a hoover.
  • Empty the water tank of the tumble dryer and remove dust from the filter.
  • Dispose of household waste in the containers provided.
