Living room
The spacious living room features a sitting area with gas fireplace, smart TV and Harman Kardon speakers. There is a dining area with a large dining table for 10 people. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with various appliances, such as fridge-freezer, combination microwave oven and dishwasher. In addition, the kitchen is equipped with a Jura coffee machine, filter coffee maker, milk frother and toaster.

Bedrooms and bathrooms
There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, both with ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and washbasin. On the ground floor there is a wellness area with a coffee corner, sun beds, Finnish sauna, walk-in shower, bathtub, sink and toilet. On the first floor are three bedrooms and a separate fourth bathroom. This bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, a washbasin and a toilet. There is also an extra room on the first floor where you can put a baby bed. All bedrooms in the house have comfortable box-spring beds. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.

Garden
The living area is directly connected to the terrace through sliding doors. The spacious terrace features an outdoor kitchen with The Bastard BBQ, a dining and lounge set with fire bowl and a parasol. The garden is fully enclosed and south-facing with wide views. In the garage you can lock your bicycles safely. Private parking spaces.

General
Washing machine, tumble dryer and children’s furniture are available. Extra freezer in the pantry. Free Wifi. As many as four pets are welcome in this beautiful family villa.

Things to know about your stay at Orchismient 17

Parking

You park your car on the paved parking lot near your bungalow. Do not park in the garden or on the roadside.

Rubbish

At the entrance to the bungalow park there are various containers in which you can dispose of the waste separately (batteries, cans, paper and other household waste). Please tear boxes into pieces. There are glass bins in various places in the center of the village.

Please note!:

To prevent disruptions in the sewer system, we request that you moisten it to throw wipes, bandages, diapers, food scraps, etc. in the waste container and do not flush down the toilet.

Parasols and outdoor furniture

In case of strong winds, we kindly request that you put the garden furniture away safely and fold down the parasols and awnings.


Dogs

Your dog must be on a leash at the bungalow park. Please adhere to this! You can walk outside the park. In the unlikely event that there are feces in the park, we ask you to clean it up and put it in the container at the entrance.

What to do before leaving

Departure day:

On departure day (no later than 10am), please leave the key back in the key safe. If you have any questions about this, please call our reception:

What to do before departure?

  • Empty the fridge.
  • Please set the thermostat of the central heating to 15 degrees.
  • Do the dishes and/or empty the dishwasher.
  • Put any rented linen and/or towels in one of the pillowcases and leave it by the front door. Leave moles and pillowcases on the mattresses and pillows.
  • This also applies if you had beds made on arrival.
  • Clean the fireplace (if present) with a dustpan and brush,
    not with a hoover.
  • Empty the water tank of the tumble dryer and remove dust from the filter.
  • Dispose of household waste in the containers provided.
