Spacious and atmospheric-8-person villa, located near the De Dennen on a quiet small-scale holiday park with a total of 6 luxury villas.

Living room and kitchen
In the spacious living room you will find a spacious seating area with a corner sofa, Smart TV and a cosy wood-burning stove. When lit, this creates a wonderfully warm and cosy atmosphere in the villa. The neat open kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, combination microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and a wine cooler so your wine is at the right temperature to enjoy during your stay. There is also a spacious dining table with seating for 8 to enjoy your meals.

To really experience the outdoors, the living room is directly connected via a full glass front that extends all the way to the ridge.

Bedrooms and bathrooms
In total, there are four bedrooms, which are equipped with comfortable double box-spring beds and a Smart TV. Also, all bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom, two with a walk-in shower and a washbasin and one with a bath, walk-in shower and a washbasin.

The stairs in the kitchen lead unsuspectingly to the basement, where you will find three of the four bedrooms with daylight windows.
Upstairs is another bedroom, which is very bright and spacious due to the large windows. There is a separate toilet on each floor. There is also a Finnish sauna, where you can relax during your holiday.

Garden
Through the doors, the living room is directly connected to the terrace and the garden where you can enjoy the summer days. There is also a wood-burning stove where you can experience the outdoor life during summer evenings with a drink. There is also a trampoline for the children and garden furniture. In addition, there is a hot tub available.

General
One parking space is available per villa, other cars can park along the road outside the park. Children’s furniture is available as standard, additional children’s furniture is available at an extra charge. Free wifi. Two dogs are welcome.

Things to know about your stay at Duynzoom 5

Parking

You can park your car in the paved car park by the house number. One parking space is available pe accommodation. Any additional cars can be parked outside the gate along the road.

Do not park in the garden or on the verge on the park.

Rubbish

Next to the gate on the park you will find two waste containers where you van dispose of your waste separately. (plastic and residual waste). Containers for glassware can be foundin every village centre near the supermarket.

Please note!

To avoid malfunctions in the sewage system, please throw damp wipes, bandages, nappies, food waste, etc. into the waste container and no flush them down the toilet.

Parasols and outdoor furniture

In case of strong winds, we kindly ask you to put away the garden furniture safely and fold down the parasol and/or awnings.

Thermostat

The house has underfloor heating; change the set temperature as little as possible. Do not set the thermostat lower than 19 degrees.

Noise disturbance

We would ask you to be considerate of other guestson the park at all times. Between 11pm and 7 am, sleep must be respected. We expect our guests to strictly observe the nights’s rest. This includes no loud conversations, music or any other noise.

Also during the day, it is not allowed to use musix carries, musical instruments and other objects that (may) cause noise pollution in such a way as to cause nuisance.

Upon departure

Departure day:

On the day of departure (no later than 11am), please return the key to the Waalerburght reception. (Nieuwlanderweg 12, De Waal) If the reception is closed you can put the key in the letterbox next to the entrance. If you have any questions about this, please call our reception:

What to do before departure?

  • Empty the fridge.
  • Please set the thermostat of the central heating to 15 degrees.
  • Do the dishes and/or empty the dishwasher.
  • If necessary, put hired linen and/or towels in one of the pillowcases
    and leave it by the front door. Leave mattress protectors and pillowcases on the mattresses and pillows. This applies even if you had beds made on arrival.
  • Clean the fireplace with a dustpan and brush, not with a hoover.
  • Empty the water tank of the tumble dryer (if present) and remove dust from the filter.
  • Dispose of household rubbish in the designated containers at the waste street.
