Attractive 4-person country house, located near seaside resort De Koog with a spacious garden and lots of privacy.

Living room and kitchen

The spacious and bright living room has a seating area, TV and a gas fireplace, which creates a cosy and warm atmosphere as soon as you light it up. Thanks to the large windows in the living room, you can really experience the outdoors when you relax in the living room. The neat open kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, frigde freezer, combination microwave over, filter coffee machine and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is also a spacious dining area with a dining table for 6.

Bedrooms and bathroom

On the first floor, you will find 2 spacious bedrooms with a comfortable double box spirng. The renovated bathroom is equipped with a spacious walk-in shower with rain shower, spacious washbasin and a toilet. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor.

Garden 

From the living room, you have acces to the lovely spacious garden which offers a lot of privacy. There are several places where you van relax and enjoy the outdoors. Garden furniture and a parasol are available.

General

The washing machine and dryer are present in the pantry, you can also find the separate freezer. Parking is available for 2 cars. Free wifi. Smoking is not allowed. Pets are allowed (excepts cats), however, there is a surcharge for this. Children’s furniture is provided as standart, additional children’s furniture is available at an extra charge.

Extra 

There is a garden house available from 1 April to 1 November. Solar panels will (partly) generate sustainable energie.

Things to know about your stay at Eb & Vloed

Parking

You park your car on the paved car park near your bungalow.

Do not park in the garden or on the verge.

Rubbish

Next to your bungalow is a grey container into which you can dispose of your rubbish.

Please tear boxes into pieces.

In the centre of the village, there are glass bins in various places.

Parasols and outdoor furniture

In case of strong winds, we kindly ask you to put away the garden furniture safely and fold down the umbrellas and awnings.

Dogs

Please walk your dog outside the premises. In the unlikely event of faeces ending up on the premises, please clean up and dispose of it in the container.

What to do before leaving

On the day of departure (no later than 10am), please leave the key back in the key safe. If you have any questions about this, please call our reception:

What to do before departure?

  • Empty the fridge.
  • Please set the thermostat of the central heating to 15 degrees.
  • Do the dishes and/or empty the dishwasher.
  • Put any rented linen and/or towels in one of the pillowcases and leave it by the front door. Leave moles and pillowcases on the mattresses and pillows. This also applies if you had beds made on arrival.
  • Clean the fireplace (if present) with a dustpan and brush, not with a hoover.
  • Empty the water tank of the tumble dryer and remove dust from the filter.
  • Dispose of household waste in the containers provided.
