Very attractive furnished 4-person country house is located between seaside resort De Koog and Den Burg, near the National Park Dunes of Texel, North Sea beach and the Texel Pine forest. This thatched and spacious country house is equipped with every comfort and has a spacious south-facing garden.

Living room

The spacious living room features a sitting area with gas fireplace, smart TV and music system. There is a dining area with a large dining table for 4. The open-plan kitching is fully equipped with various appliances, such a a fridge-freezer, combination microwave oven and dishwasher. In addition, the kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso, filter coffee maker and toaster, among other things.

Bedrooms and bathroom 

There are two bedrooms on the first floor, both furnished with two comfortable single box-spring beds. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, double sink and a toilet. Seperate toilet on the ground floor.

Garden

The living area is in direct connection with the two terraces through two patio doors. The terraces are equipped with patio furniture and a parasol. The garden faces south and offers a lot of privacy. The children can have fun in the spacious garden while you enjoy the peace and quiet while enjoying a snack and a drink.

General 

Washing machine, tumble dryer and childrens’s furniture are available in the utility room. Free Wifi. A pleasant temperature can be achieved by means of underfloor heating. As many as four pets are welcome.

Things to know about your stay at Landhuis Tempelierweg 22

Parking

You park your car on the paved car park near your bungalow.

Do not park in the garden or on the verge.

Rubbish

At the T junction of Tempelierweg and the road to your villa there are several contianers where you can dispose of your waste separately. Please tear boxes to pieces. Glass bins are located opposite the entrance of Bungalowpark De Parel on Gerritslanderdijkje.

Parasols and outdoor furniture

In case of strong winds, we kindly ask you to put the garden furniture safely away and to fold up the parasols and awnings.

Dogs

Please walk your dog outside the premises. In the unlikely event that faeces do end up on the grounds, please clean up and dispose of them in the container.

What to do before leaving

Depature day:

On the day of departure (no later than 10am), please leave the key back in the key safe. If you have any questions about this, please call our reception:

What to do before departure?

  • Empty the fridge.
  • Please set the thermostat of the central heating to 15 degrees.
  • Do the dishes and/or empty the dishwasher.
  • Put any rented linen and/or towels in one of the pillowcases and leave it by the front door. Leave moles and pillowcases on the mattresses and pillows. This also applies if you had beds made on arrival.
  • Clean the fireplace (if present) with a dustpan and brush, not with a hoover.
  • Empty the water tank of the tumble dryer and remove dust from the filter.
  • Dispose of household waste in the containers provided.
